Nicole graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Shortly after that, she received a certificate for Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) and has been working on CEUs ever since. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and go shopping.
Nicole has been a Behavioral Health Technician CDCA with Valor since May 2019 and looks forward to growing with the company.
When asked what her advice for new hires would be, she replied: "Be very vigilant and open-minded, because there's always something new to learn."
We asked Nicole what is on her Wish List for Valor, she responded: "In the near future, I wish Valor will be able to provide services to adolescents that struggle with addiction."
The following nomination was sent in: "Nicole is a hard worker who always goes above and beyond her Monitor duties- diligently doing rounds around the unit, giving medications, and doing more than her share of the laundry. Nicole pitches in to cover shifts so others can take PTO. She’s always smiling and does all of this on top of running groups and helping our patients in any way that she can."
WE'RE SO BLESSED TO HAVE YOU ON OUR TEAM!
